If he had  a Blendtek or Vitamix he could have enjoyed it raw and  got even more nutrition from it!

1 Avocado

2 cups spinach

1″ Ginger Root

2 small cucumbers

Juice of 1 Thai Coconut

After juicing some wheatgrass carrots and celery I spied  a Thai coconut in the fridge

sitting there all alone ….hmm I wonder…I’m always looking for excuses to eat these

I am an ADDICT !

I added the thai coconut water and a squeeze of lime to my juice ….Yum!! Amazing!

Wonderfully refreshing and sweet …..
